IS NANCY PELOSI DOING WHAT’S BEST FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE OR WHAT IS BEST FOR THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s job is to represent & take care of the interests of all the constituents she represents in California, but also as Speaker of the House, she actually represents and has a responsibility to all Americans. WHY? Because she allows or disallows legislation, that could help and improve economic conditions for all Americans, to be presented in the House of Representatives for a vote. Is she really doing that?

Speaker Pelosi has stated that she will not allow any legislation to be presented and voted on that might stimulate the US economy before the 2020 Presidential election. Is that really representing the best interests of Americans and doing what is best for the country? Or does Speaker Pelosi’s position actually say, “Who cares about the economic conditions of the American people, I will do what’s best for the Democratic Party’s chances in the next election”?

If  the U.S. economy does have a downturn, the needs of the American people should come first, but Speaker Pelosi’s statement has already made it clear that the success of the Democratic Party will come first, NOT the economic success and well-being of the American people. It’s time to hold ALL politicians responsible who are NOT upholding their oath to The Constitution, NOT enforcing U.S. Laws, IGNORING laws they do not like, prioritizing political ideology and putting their political party in front of the well-being of the American people.
