Kevin McCarthy: ‘The Squad’ should have joined trip to Israel
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., appearing on “Special Report with Bret Baier” on Wednesday, explained his concerns about the Democrats moving away from Israel due to the influences of “new socialists,” in particular the group of freshman House members known as “The Squad.”
McCarthy, who is on a bipartisan study tour in Israel, criticized “the Squad,” which comprises Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., and Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., for pushing Dems away from supporting Israel — and for not taking part in the trip. Tlaib and Omar are expected to make their own trip to the region as soon as this Friday.
The congressman noted House issues with anti-BDS (boycott, divestment and sanction) legislation that passed overwhelmingly in the Senate and was co-sponsored by Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., as an example of Democrats moving away from supporting Israel. (The House did ultimately pass a resolution on the matter last month.)

Why didn’t the Squad go with the rest of the government reps – because they will get “more bang for their buck” on their own and cause more disruptions.
And strictly to cause more dissension against Israel since the Squad is routing for the Palestine terrorists.
“The Squad did not go on the trip with their colleagues so they could play the media against Israel. Secondly, if you look at the anti-Semitism that has been growing around the world, we haven’t seen something like this since the 1930s,” McCarthy told Bret Baier.
The other reason – which was to put the Prime Minister on the hot seat to see if he would reject them because of their hateful comments about Israel.
These four people are not working in Congress for the good of America. They are working with the enemies. How more blatant can you be in demonstrating your agenda?
Surely the people who voted them in know that they are enemies of this country. We have MANY in the government who are part of the dark government of Pelosi/Schumer/Obama.

These two women did not go with the Congressional group for only one reason and that was to bring more attention to their own radical movement which is the BDS. This movement is to destroy Israel’s outstanding economy and their creativity.
Where is the Palestine’s movement to build their state called Palestine and their economy? What has Palestine done for the world to compare to Israel’s research in medicine, music, etc – nothing but terrorism and that is what Talib is.
Tablib didn’t have to go to Israel to visit her Grandmother – she can visit with her in real time on SKYPE. Talib was using her Grandmother as an excuse to meet with terrorists not any government official in Israel to help her understand in a broader sense instead of her “terrorists” mentality.
