Democrats get schooled by Homan – former ICE Director and left with tails tucked around their devil horns.
These people are complaining about their own policies AND are part of the CONGRESS who can fix it. It is called dereliction of duty on their part.
When have they put any bill in place to correct these loopholes?

This past week, Democrats attacked the former ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) Director, as they asked him a laundry list of intentionally character assassinating and demeaning questions, and all with no intention of allowing him time to answer the questions, or defend his character! In fact, one of the hate-driven Representatives was Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who made multiple blatantly false and misleading statements! For example, she tried to allege that foreigners who intentionally cross into the United States and ask for asylum are not criminals! However, Homan quickly shot down her blatantly ignorant statement, as he read her the laws that her Congressional body passed, and said that anyone who crosses into the United States, and does not go to a port of entry, so they can be checked in by the United States Border Patrol ARE BREAKING FEDERAL CRIMINAL STATUES, therefore, they ARE CRIMINALS!
