Another liberal judge – this time it is Clinton Judge Judge Marsha Pechman out of Washington state attempting to over rule Attorney General Bill Barr’s announcement that the US government could keep tens of thousands of migrants seeking asylum waiting in detention, until their hearing, or until they are deported!
Did she not seek out previous rulings – especially, AG Barr’s ruling?
This just another liberal Judge who is playing the “hangman’s noose game” by trying to over turn the AG of the U.S. ruling with her own ruling. It is time for these snotty-nose state judges like this one to be called out for rogue-ing the system and usurping the Constitution by making law instead of following the law. They need to de-frock her and set her out in the sunshine for playing games with the system.
Let’s see who wins in this “rock-paper-scissors game” of liberal judges out-judging each other and trying to usurp the Constitution. Wonder how much Soros paid her?

On Tuesday, another Democrat-appointed Judge has blocked the Customs and Border Patrol’s ability to hold tens of thousands of illegal aliens who are claiming asylum locked up, forcing them to release those protecting our borders, to release them into the United States interior, according to the Associated Press.
The ruling came out of the US Western District of Washington, at the hand of Clinton appointee, Judge Marsha Pechman! She ruled that migrants who are detained after entering the US seeking asylum are entitled to bond hearings, despite Attorney General Bill Barr’s announcement that the US government could keep tens of thousands of migrants seeking asylum waiting in detention, until their hearing, or until they are deported! In addition, under US law, the Attorney General has the right to overturn rulings by immigration judges, and Barr said on immigration cases, asylum seekers who are awaiting removal, or a judge…
