The congressmen need to verify that the House has the authority to draw up a subpoena.  A law professor on Mark Levin’s program stated that the House does not have that authority.  This needs to be verified because these jake-leg Democrats are doing a lot of things illegally.

Congress’ subpoena power is laid out in the House and Senate’s individual rule packages, which are allowed for in the Constitution, as well as through federal case law. The Constitution does not expressly provide powers for Congress to investigate, issue subpoenas or to punish for contempt.

These Democrats have done so much illegally that we need to have a person in the government to follow up on these outlaws – both sides.
