It is time – we lived under the tyrannical rule of Obama and the Democrats for eight years and must get back to jailing/fining people who don’t follow the Constitution.

We have the first amendment to the Constitution that reads:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof: or abridging the FREEDOM OF SPEECH, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Texas Governor Signs Law Protecting Free Speech on College Campuses

Governor of Texas Greg Abbott tweeted a video of himself on Sunday signing a law protecting free speech on college campuses.

In the video, Abbott says that “some colleges are banning free speech on college campuses. Well, no more. Because I am about to sign a law that protects free speech on college campuses in Texas.”

SB 18, the bill Abbott signed, establishes that “common outdoor areas” of a university are to be considered as public forums. It allows students “to assemble or distribute written material without a permit or other permission” from the university, and institutes penalties for students, student organizations, or faculty who “unduly interfere with the expressive activities of others on campus.”

If we have the Constitution which broadly states that – why do we have to reinforce that with another bill – SB-18.  Why can’t the Governor just slap a BIG fine/jail people every  day on these colleges or anywhere in our country   when they don’t honor the Constitution of the U.S.  Please explain why our states are not following all of the Constitution.

A good example is California, plus other states who are running ramshod over the Constitution and are not following any of the Constitution and it is  not being enforced and is causing tyranny within our country, i.e., illegal immigration and homelessness.  Why doesn’t Congress/Supreme Court do something?

Surely, this has happened before and these states were slapped down.  Right now – no one is enforcing the Constitution – the Democrats are not using any part of the Constitution AND ARE RUNNING RAMSHOD OVER THE PEOPLE AND THE REST OF THE GOVERNMENT, ILLEGALLY?

FINE THE STATES/DEMOCRATS/ELITES EACH DAY THEY  OBSTRUCT JUSTICE AND DISOBEY THE LAW.  THAT WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION.

ENFORCE THE CONSTITUTION OR CHANGE IT – DON’T DISREGARD IT!
