Ukrainian officials have evidence that Democrats colluded with Ukraine’sgovernment to interfere in the 2016 election in order to help Hillary, and obstruct ongoing criminal investigations. Several top law enforcement officials in Ukraine have tried to get visas from the US embassy in Kiev to deliver the evidence to Washington. They were blocked by US Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, an Obama appointee.
Ukrainian officials affected the election by:
- Publicly questioning Trump’s fitness for office
- Leaking payments implicating Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort in corruption (which may or may not be factual)
- Suggesting they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election
- Passing along damaging information on Trump and his advisers
