This is not right.  The people in Israel are constantly being harassed by the Palestinians/Hamas.  Where ARE the United Nations (UN)?  They recently published a report telling us – it is worried about their image around the world.  Well, they should be – because right now  the world sees them as being run by third world countries intent on using the UN monies toward improving their own country (ies) and using the UN to punish their enemies – and the number one enemy is Israel.  Also, the rest of the world must give Israel the right of peace instead of being bullies – especially, the European countries.  Israel has contributed more to the world than the whole lot.

The UN has to change its mind-set if it is to be recognized as a body of world origin and not a knit-pickin’ organization intent on destroying Israel.  And, all of those countries who are contributing to the UN for their upkeep must insist they follow their charter and work to stop this constant harassing of Israel and clear out the troublemakers in Gaza.  Why is it Hamas doesn’t pick on Egypt like they do Israel?

JERUSALEM — Israeli forces on Monday struck targets across the Gaza Strip in response to a surprise rocket attack from the Palestinian territory, as the military bolstered its troops and rocket-defense systems in anticipation of a new round of heavy fighting with the Islamic militant group Hamas.

Israel opened public bomb shelters in most major cities and civil defense authorities canceled sports events and public transportation in southern Israel. As Israeli aircraft pounded Gaza, Hamas’ leadership went into hiding.

“Israel will not tolerate this. I will not tolerate this,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared during a White House meeting with President Donald Trump.

“Israel is responding forcefully to this wanton aggression,” he said.
