In Mexico, a foreigner cannot work until it is a job that does not have any Mexicans who are qualified to fill and even then it takes months/year? to get through the red tape according to the rules. They take care of their own citizens – that is not happening in the U.S.
Why can’t the U.S. have those same rules?
It is time to make it more difficult for foreigners to work in the U.S. We have people in government jobs who are foreigners and are hacking our computer systems or are given free rein to passwords. Just look at jobs at Google/Microsoft – nothing but foreigners who are taking jobs of Americans.
It is time.

But there are programs, paid for by said government, that is suppose to fill positions with immigrants, ONLY AFTER PROVEN FAILURE TO DO SO WITH AMERICAN.
(I am curious the method of hiring the American vs. Immigrant, because I can’t see where no American wouldn’t be qualified or willing. We raised this question at the time.)
Look up and read on EB-5, Conrad 30 program for international medical school graduates, Special Immigrant Religious Workers program, and H2B returning worker authority for DHS.
Those programs received government funding this past December in H.R. 695 (115th): Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019. (I had to retrieve it from my browser history…note the 115th…2018 session)
