On Tuesday, the United States Supreme Court handed President Trump and his Administration a victory, as he has continued to fight the crisis on the border regarding illegal immigration, drug cartels, human trafficking, child sex trafficking, terror, and criminals crossing the southern border!

The Supreme Court ruled that federal immigration authorities can detain immigrants awaiting deportation anytime after they have been released from prison on criminal charges.

The High Court ruled in a 5 to 4 decision that federal immigration officials can detain noncitizens at any time after their release from local or state custody, and that the government maintains broad discretion to decide who would represent a danger to the community in deciding who to release or detain.
