That is a sure fact and the threat to Alec’s safety is himself and others around him.

Following is a good example.

Alec Baldwin was arrested yesterday. He allegedly sucker-punched a man who took his parking spot. The spot was allegedly being saved by a relative.

Baldwin was arrested and the man was taken to the hospital.

Alec is a danger to himself and others  – with his statement about the President  -everyone around Alec needs to run for your lives.  He is a tickin’ time bomb.
