Billions of dollars have been spent in recent years on a physical wall. Where did all of this money go because we still DO NOT have A FENCE?

Schumer and Pelosi need to explain to the American people – why don’t we have THE FENCE WE PAID FOR? They passed the bill and spent the money and still no fence.

This is what Obama/Schumer/Pelosi called a fence and it costs billions of dollars.
