Article III of the U.S. Constitution reads:

Article III, Section 3

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

Article IV, Section 3

The Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful rules and regulations respecting the territory or other property belonging to the United States; and nothing in the Constitution shall be so construed as to prejudice any claims of the United States, or of any particular state.

Article IV, Section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against INVASION; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

Chuck Schumer/Nancy Pelosi and Paul Ryan have not protected our country from invasion (but have enabled by working against President Trump and the American people) by foreign countries and should be called out for treason. They are deliberately allowing this invasion to build a larger voting base for the Democrats and turn the country into a socialist nation as they did in the midterm election with harvesting votes.

This invasion into our southern border was contrived by Obama during his administration by paying off Mexico with the help of George Soros’ organizations – to pay these caravans to form – and allow them to come thru Mexico.

Sanctuary cities in any state is against the law and the governors and the elected officials who are sponsoring this have to be arrested. IT IS THE LAW.

We must address this, now.

So why isn’t anyone filing a lawsuit to stop this? A lawsuit should be filed against Congress and the sanctuary city officials for dereliction of duty and not upholding the Constitution.
