UPDATE: Since I have been released from the hospital, my recovery from my surgery has improved by leaps and bounds. I am now able to walk without my walker. I am making an effort to get out and walk each day. Each time I go walking, I try to go a little further. I am also watching about not over doing it.

I have started catching up on all my emails since I have come home. I had well over 1,500+ emails to sift through. I am planning on starting up the newsletter soon. Hopefully in a week or two providing I continue to have the strength to work on the newsletter.
