Is this all part of the the Dem’s plan to cause disruption. Did the Dem’s send the packages to the Dem’s? Are the Dem’s running scared about the election?

I totally agree. The Kavanaugh smear failed. The Stormy suit failed. The border invasion is looking bad for the Dems. So what’s next, as they are running out of ideas? After Hillary et al incites violence and gets criticized, they decide to change the narrative by targeting all Trump’s enemies with harmless pipe bombs without a detenator. Looks more like a scare rather than real bombs.
This could blow up in their faces politically (again) if they catch the person with ties to the Dems. I suspect this is part of “Insurance Plan” turned Plan B. Wait to see how long before the media blames Trump for targeting fake CNN, Brennan, Hillary, and Obama, Shultz, saying he gave his followers a dog whistle for violence. Just like they blamed him for so-called Russia hacking Hillary’s computer after he made a joke at a rally. It smells of the Soros/Clinton desperate playbook to me similar to the dossier. I don’t trust any of them. They are crooked.
