This is just a continuing Obstruction of Justice by Feinstein and the Democrat’s side of the Judicial Committee who are holding these hearings for Judge Kavanaugh.

California Sen. Dianne Feinstein has come under intense scrutiny for her handling of the letter that is now at the center of a storm over Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination. She knew the FBI was doing back ground checks on Judge Kavanaugh during this time – so why did she not give this letter to the FBI at that time. It was stated that the FBI did numerous checks and found nothing while Feinstein was hiding this info.

In the meantime, Feinstein hid the information and she had someone do their own polygraph test and a lawyer was hired for Mrs. Ford.

This is no different than the obstructive of justice the Democrats are committing with their Mueller Russian Collusion investigation. Isn’t it time for AG Sessions to step in and call Feinstein’s hand on this obvious crime she has committed.

If it is a congressional committee or a grand jury, it can be serious, a fine, jail time or both.

If you withhold information because you are protecting someone, it can make you an abettor, which has its own penalties.

If you withhold information as part of a plan with someone else to violate the law, you are a co-conspirator and can suffer the same consequences as the person committing the underlying crime.

If you have withheld relevant information, it will be better to let the investigator know before the investigator finds out by other means that you withheld information.

Senator Feinstein has to resign. The rest of the senators should not protect Feinstein – but do what is right for the country.
