So where were the Senate/House all of this time – thought the House was in charge of the purse (money)?  Obama was blowing a hole in the budget – meanwhile, at the ranch, the Speaker of the House, was riding side-saddle with Obama.  WHY-DID-THIS-HAPPEN?

It is called dereliction of duty on the part of Ryan/Boehner. Ryan has to go – now.
