Did anyone tell the citizens of Illinois and Chicago – their Constitutional rights are being violated? Where are the ambulance chasers?  There is a lot of free money for them to collect from the state.  They are being abused by the mayor and Obama.  Where is the black caucus?

Guess that is why Obama/Mayor picked Chicago because they knew they could run over these people.
