Wait just one darn minute. The person’s name who lodged the complaint must be on display before any action is taken to remove the flags. You can’t be a complainant under a black hood. It is not fair to the people who are being affected because they cannot represent themselves in court if they don’t know who they are going to court against.

If I were the people I would talk with the person who brought the complaint to them.

Am not a lawyer or representing one – but this is not fair to not know who is complaining against you or the town.
