Time for colleges to pay their fair share of taxes.

When is the Congress going to investigate the college administrations and the professors? The colleges are charging entirely too much for an education which is filled with communistic professors and courses and brain washing our young people.

The professors don’t do their job and the colleges are turning into resorts. The endowments going into the colleges should be taxed just like a 401K’s.

Are endowments tax exempt?

Thanks to their special status, universities often finance capital projects with tax-exempt bonds. Not only are gifts from well-heeled alumni deductible to the givers, but investment earnings on the cash hoards are tax-exempt. These endowments are enormous, topping $500 billion according to one estimate.
