How many times do we have to fund money to build that damn wall?

During CHEATIN’ Obama’s disastrous time in office when Congress funded the wall – Boeing got away with one billion dollars and then. No one was held accountable. Now with the Omnibus bill they said the President couldn’t use concrete. There are some screwy people in the halls of Congress that have to be sent home in the next election.

Why can’t these Congress people get this right since they are in charge of the purse? Maybe they need a different handler and a NEW KIND OF PURSE?
