The following was some information from the Hillary’s Whitwater files way back when. The point in calling this out is – when the Clinton’s moved into the offices in the White House – they gathered all of the files and culled all of the Republicans as shown below.

“Presidential aides then disclosed that an Army detailee at the White
House, Anthony Marceca, had gathered the files of hundreds of former
aides from Republican administrations. The detailee said he was doing so as part of routine background checks for people whose names were still on lists of people with White House access.”

That way they didn’t have to worry like the Trump organization with all of the Obama holdover’s who are causing problems by leaking. Just cull all of the Democrats like they did with the Republicans or transfer them elsewhere where they can’t damage/leak the White House info.
