Isn’t this cause – to be able to arrest the officials who are involved in this corruption of voting?

‘Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting…’
(Brendan Clarey, Liberty Headlines) An elections accountability watchdog group sued the Pennsylvania Department of State (DOS) on Monday because the state refused to let them inspect records of over 100,000 people who are registered to vote without citizenship, which is in violation of federal law under the National Voter Registration Act.
The lawsuit was announced in a press release from Public Interest Legal Foundation.
The reason PILF found out about the voters was the result of a study by the DOS and the state Department of Transportation, after state officials discovered an error that granted all PennDOT customers the opportunity to register to vote, regardless of their citizenship status.
“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting—that ends today,” J. Christian Adams, PILF President and General Counsel said in the release. “Before this lawsuit, the State admitted to a ‘glitch’ that exposed thousands of driver’s license customers to voter registration offers despite their noncitizen status since the 1990s.”
From there, the politicians couldn’t stop the leak of the information, according to Adams.
“The Secretary of State abruptly resigned. DOS officials blocked federal public inspection rights. The PILF hopes to finally get answers about the true scale of noncitizen voting in Pennsylvania and assist lawmakers in crafting reforms that fix it,” Adams continued.
PILF began asking the DOS for information about voter registration last October, but their requests were rejected, according to the press release, which prompted them to take legal action to obtain the records.
The complaint filed Monday cites examples of Pennsylvania’s poor voting standards to establish the problem with the system.
“The complaint contains election records related to seven aliens who registered to vote and were voluntarily removed after self-reporting their status,” a fact sheet about the complaint reads. “Some voted multiple times in federal and state elections. One alien was even registered three times at once, voted, was canceled for being a non-citizen, and amazingly was reregistered even after being caught.”
