Amendment Ten
The Tenth Amendment addresses the rights of the States. State governments have the right to make laws for their own people, provided that these laws do not interfere or contradict the laws of the federal government or the constitution.

Why aren’t these CA politicians and the U.S. politicians being put in JAIL when they are not upholding the Constitution which they swore to uphold?

It is time to get serious and have a “round up” of politicians who are breaking the law like Governor Brown and the state’s politicians.
