It is always “the act of deceiving” that gets in the way of the truth.

The reason for all of the fires is – the Jerry Brown’s Dems and Obama want people and illegal immigrants to start over “fresh” on equal footing – except for the few who will dictate to the slaves in CA.  Bet you a dollar to a donut – the bulk of the fires were man-made.
