How do you discern who the enemy is because of their religion?

We cannot mix our soldiers with the Afghan soldiers. We have to be sure our soldiers are safe for starters. We should test them to be sure they have the same plans we have which is to kill the enemy not us. Always have them in front of us not behind us.

The problem is they have too many tribes that have different agendas and the tribal leaders do not want to give up their role to have a unified government. That is the problem.

Until that changes don’t see how you solve this problem.
