In the past, Gates has given his money to liberals. He probably knows that before long law suits are going to be pouring in over Microsoft and others abusing the users of their services, i.e., Google. Therefore, he knows once that happens the stock will go down, down.
I have never respected Gates because he did not try to help and did not respect our young people in America. If you check out all of these companies – they have too many foreigners working in their companies in the U.S. rather than give the opportunities and train Americans and none of these foreigners respect the Constitution or our laws. American companies should be like Mexico and hire only Americans who need jobs.
But Gates was an Obama man and brought in foreigners thru the HlB program and always complained that the program was not large enough in number of people brought in.
Bill Gates has made his largest donation in 17 years, giving away $4.6 billion worth of shares in Microsoft Corp (MSFT).
The billionaire philanthropist, who has long been the world’s richest man, donated 64 million shares accounting for five percent of his overall fortune, according to a Securities & Exchange Commission filing released Monday and first cited by Bloomberg.
The donation reduces Gates stake in the software maker to 1.3 percent.
These billionaires are handing over their fortune to charity and not their kids.
(One thing for sure you can bet a million dollars – they have taken care of the kids at the start – and they won’t go hungry for sure.)

Democrat Senator To Stand Trial Over Corruption

A last-ditch attempt by Democratic senator Bob Menendez (N.J.) to avoid a federal corruption trial slated to start next month was rejected by a federal judge on Wednesday.
Menendez, accused of giving political favors to Florida eye doctor Salomon Melgen in exchange for campaign contributions and gifts, asked that the case against him be dismissed on account of the Supreme Court’s 2016 decision to overturn the corruption conviction of former Virginia governor Bob McDonnell (R.).
Menendez’s attorneys argued that none of the alleged assistance he offered Melgen were “official acts,” and therefore, based on the Supreme Court’s McDonnell decision, the legal argument against him was invalid.
U.S. District Court Judge William Walls said the determination of whether Menendez performed an “official act” in his attempts to benefit Melgen will be made during the trial, which is set to begin on Sept. 6.
