31 people shot in Obama’s home town of Chicago this past weekend while Obama was right down the street.  In the meantime, he met with at-risk young men and boys Sunday to give them some good advice – “don’t go out in the street and get shot” so  you can attend my gathering Monday night.  How do you become labeled “at risk men and boys?”  How do they part the waves?
