There is backdrop here. Lewis, a popular member of Congress, said he wouldn’t attend Trump’s inauguration, and called the president-elect “illegitimate.” There were reasonable ways to respond to this. Ben Sasse, a Republican senator from Nebraska, modeled one of them.

Why is Sasse blaming Trump?  Lewis attacked PE Trump – not in reverse, and I am glad that PE Trump is standing up to these air heads.  Sasse is the one who is in the wrong.  That is why PE Trump won because of people like Sasse who is nothing but a wet noodle and that is what has been going on for eight years..

To John Lewis, one of my heroes:

Please come to the Inauguration. It isn’t about a man. It is a celebration of peaceful transfer of power.

This is the problem in this country.  Here you have Ben Sasse BEGGING a person who had just insulted the President Elect.  Yes, I know Sasse did not like PE Trump to begin with.    Blacks are 13% of the population and the way they act – they want 95% of the pie.  Enough of this cow-towing to the blacks.  It is time for them to pull their weight.

The election is over – the Democrats cheated and lost – so let’s move on.  Why didn’t Obama stop the hacking long time ago if Russia was hacking – these Democrats just want to keep the narrative off Hillary Clinton – the awful candidate.  She and Obama should be in jail at this very moment with all of the traitor-ship they pirated.

Shame on Sasse!  Time to quit blowing smoke.
