The number one reason why I, personally, would not and have not in the past believed anything the Obama administration publishes is they are LIARS. It has been proven over and over – so why would you even think about believing them – plain and simple. All it takes is common sense thinking and that rules his administration out immediately.
What a breath of fresh air it will be when they are gone.
