This, my dear folks, was her opinion in private not her public persona which she was paid many moola’s for.  It is okay for her to divulge CLASSIFIED info cause she doesn’t understand what “C” stands for in the government world.  She thought it was a government grading system for the good, the bad, and the ugly English language.

What really happened – she thought it meant, ‘CLEARED.”  In her confused thinking mind  – it threw an ANTONYM at her instead of a SYNONYM.
