Yes, they have been using the black people for 50 years by promising them so much and delivering them nothing but ghettos – yet so much money has been allocated to this area but as usually is the case – it never gets to the people who it was intended so nothing ever changes.  Most politicians are the worst of the worst.  We have to have term limits to clean out the corruption.

They buy their votes and then leave them stranded.  So here we go again, it is time fr them to promise them again since the election is around the corner.
