Yes, we were on the highway that was paved that runs parallel with the high voltage fences. We traveled it in our RV years ago and we never passed a car during the miles traveled and it was down right eerie.  Someone had recommended it.  We laughed about it afterwards because, “what if we had broken down?”  By the way, what is the government doing in there that they don’t want the people to know about?  They have all kinds of signs warning you that it is government property and you dare not enter.  Anyone know?  Wonder how these lads got inside if they were inside.

The thing about it the government knows how to build high-voltage fences if they want to – this proves it.  Wonder why they haven’t built one like that on the border?  Cause they don’t want to keep people out.
