Sure could sympathize with this fellow.  My feelings last night.  We are at the beach and our friends came for a visit and we all decided to head for Guidos for lunch.  The worst part is waiting for the ferry which is not good because of the wait time.  Three ferries were running but for some reason things seemed to take a long time.  But the worst part was the temperature and our friends car’s air conditioning was not working properly.

When we arrived at the restaurant we all felt wilted.  After being seated, the lady to my right tumped over my water glass when opening her menu and water spilled all over my plate and menu; but luckily not in my lap.  So to save time I moved to the left of my husband – we were at a six people table.

But all is well that ends well.  The food and wine were served and the meal was delicious and worth the heat and the water dump.

On the return home, we decided to take the long way home and forego the ferry.  After the company left, I sat down to watch the latest news on the New York terrorist attack and fell sound asleep.  As the saying goes:

Early to bed and early to rise makes this woman healthy, wealthy and wise.
