What a hypocrite Colbert is:
In his 2011 commencement address to Northwestern University, comedian and talk show host Stephen Colbert recalled what he learned from his experience as a member of an improvisation group. “One of the things I was taught early on,” he said, “is that you are not the most important person in the scene.” The best improvisation comes from a team that listens and responds to each other to “serve a common idea.”
When someone demands attention or tries to force a skit in a certain direction, the comedy falls apart. Colbert further states, “I never forgot his advice. It is appropriate in families, in workplaces, and among friends. And I confess I have had to apply it to myself on more than a few occasions.”
Did Colbert forget his own advice? Did Colbert forget that Mr. Trump is trying to help our country?. Is Colbert one of these liberals who doesn’t care about the country – only his own pocketbook?
It seems Colbert is playing the scene of “trying to be the most important person” in his Mexico comment on Trump – Stephen Colbert on Donald Trump’s Immigration Flip-Flop – Electile Dysfunction.
I guess we just have to understand – these Hollywood people who want to bring their own message to us in the form of comedy and in the end – striking out.
Just a message to Colbert – Mr. Trump is trying to put the country before “his self.” Obama’s ruining the country doesn’t affect these Hollywood folks because they live in glass houses.
