Did Republican Congress and the Senate go along with this?  I thought Congress was in charge of the purse?  If that is true – if they weren’t an accomplice to this – how does Obama and the thieves get their hands on the CASH ($400 MILLION)?  I know it didn’t come out of Obama’s petty cash – that’s only $50?
