. a short jerky motion, as of a cork floating on disturbed water; bobbing movement
. to bounce with a rapid erratic motion due to an uneven playing surface
. to handle (something) ineptly; muff; bungle:
. a repeated, jerky movement; bob.
. a momentary fumbling or juggling
. an error; mistake.
.. to juggle or fumble momentarily.
Remember her aide, Huma Abedin, stated that she has a hard time remembering and following directions – that Huma had to set up “cue” cards with instructions. Remember, she did not even know how to go through the subway system and pay for her ticket.
