It is hard to believe that an employee takes it on himself to set company policy without talking to the Management of the business. Undoubtedly when the employee was trained – the company’s training on how to treat customers didn’t stick. What kind of an idiot does it take to make this kind of decision? What about an IQ test before this person is employed elsewhere?
