That false-flag originated in the White House.  Part of Obama’s Saul Alinsky planning – keep things stirred up – make bad things happen – one on top of another.  Look at the fires which were started in CA, AZ, NM, Orlando and San Bernardino shootings, rail cars with crude oil run off the rails – all part of the plan with the players all being Democrats or a member of the Democrat’s family.
