Weekly killings in Chicago report.

Here is a city that has strict, I mean strict laws about guns, and this black on black crime happens every week in Chicago.  The mayor, Rahn Emanuel, doesn’t give a hoot.  In fact, he is probably hooting that the event happened therefore he has less  mouths to collect their monthly checks and  more to put in his pocket.  Where is Biden and Obama – are they planning a trip to Chicago to give a speech on guns?
