Crooked Hillary cannot be sworn in to begin with because she has to pledge on the Bible (or will it be the Quran?) that she will uphold the Constitution which includes the Second Amendment. Knowing her she would lie as usual.
Crooked Hillary Clinton States: Supreme Court Wrong on the Second Amendment. Now Crooked Hillary wants to trample our Second Amendment so that she can have more control over the people.
Crooked Hillary with the endorsement of Obama said in a statement that the president’s endorsement “makes clear what Hillary Clinton has telegraphed this entire campaign — she is running to give President Obama’s failed polices a third term.”
“President Obama has trampled the Constitution, buried our country in $9 trillion in crushing new debt, presided over the weakest economy in a generation, and with Clinton’s help, pursued a weak and dangerous foreign policy that has made us less safe.
“As Obama’s secretary of state, Hillary Clinton put our national security at risk with her illicit email server, which she devised to skirt government transparency laws and obscure her unethical dealings as the nation’s top diplomat.” “Hillary Clinton is the first ever presidential candidate to be under an FBI investigation — and her corrupt family foundation has taken millions from foreign governments is an unprecedented conflict of interest.”
She should be in jail right now instead of running for president. When is the FBI going to catch up with her? Never?

At a closed-door fundraiser in Greenwich Village last week, Hillary Clinton declared war on the Supreme Court, snapping that the court was “wrong” on the Second Amendment.
The comments were caught in a leaked audio recording (below) obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. During her remarks, Clinton vowed to the audience that she would “go after” the assault weapon ban her husband had once implemented and “do everything I can to rally people against this pernicious, corrupting influence of the NRA.”
“I was proud when my husband took [the National Rifle Association] on, and we were able to ban assault weapons, but he had to put a sunset on so 10 years later. Of course [President George W.] Bush wouldn’t agree to reinstate them,” said Clinton. “We’ve got to go after this.”
“The idea that you can have an open carry permit with an AK-47 over your shoulder walking up and down the aisles of a supermarket is just despicable,” she said later.
One of the obstacles to her stricter gun laws: the Supreme Court, which she said is once “again” “wrong” on the Constitutional right to bear arms.
“And here again, the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment,” she said, apparently in reference to District of Columbia v. Heller (2008), in which the Supreme Court ruled that individuals did not have to be a member of a government militia to retain gun rights. “And I am going to make that case every chance I get.”
The Democratic front-runner saved her most severe criticism for the NRA, which she accused of having “intimidated” lawmakers into “passing the most absurd laws.” Clinton promised her donors that she’d “speak out” and “do everything” she could to “rally people” against the group’s “pernicious corrupting influence.”
“And here again, the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment.”
Hillary Clinton
The private audience responded enthusiastically to Clinton’s aggressive anti-gun rhetoric.
The Free Beacon notes that Clinton has openly supported an assault weapons ban before, but this is the first time in her campaign that she’s vowed to take on the Supreme Court. The Clinton camp did not respond to the outlet’s request for explanation about her exact disagreement with the Supreme Court. The NRA, however, was glad for the opportunity to respond to Clinton.
“Hillary Clinton just doesn’t get it,” the NRA’s legal division executive director Chris Cox told The Free Beacon. “The NRA’s strength lies in our five million members and the tens of millions of voters who support the Second Amendment. A majority of Americans support this freedom, and the Supreme Court was absolutely right to hold that the Second Amendment guarantees the fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms.”
