There is nothing new with this picture.  The banks and the government – Bushs’/Obama/Bill Clinton – administrations have been playing musical chairs for years – people moving back and forth – between the White House/Senate/Congress, and Wall Street to keep both sides under control – meanwhile feeding the kitty – having an advantage of insider information – buying stock.  They make Martha Stewart look like a piker (a gambler who makes only small bets).

This needs to stop.
