The answer is the people have to demand that the colleges get back into the job of teaching instead of using the colleges to generate and grow the college as a business.  The states furnishes the cash for the colleges and then the college, the state, and the government scam the people.  The colleges are no more than a resort for the liberal professors not the students.  They aren’t teaching.  Why don’t the colleges run an IQ test on these students when they start and then when they graduate – that will tell the true story of their learning experience.  When a student is enrolled in college and then can’t read – folks, we have a problem – that is a true story.  Nothing but social promotion going on.
