The Mayor of Chicago is telling the  criminals to “put down” their weapons.  Is he serious?  So what is he going to do, if they don’t?  Just what he has been doing – nothing?  Surprised he hasn’t asked Obama to send in his Brown shirts army.  Wonder who is really in charge of Chicago – it looks like the gangs are?  Where is the Governor in all of this?  Lots of questions and no answers for the innocent people.
