This can be a confusing time in your life. It’s important to know that life physical changes  don’t happen at the same time for every person.

And there aren’t any magic potions or special exercises that can slow it down.

How do you act your age?

People keep saying “Act your age”.
What does that even mean?
How is one supposed to act “20” or “40 or 60” ?!
Does it have anything to do with maturity?

Just be yourself. Everybody else is already taken.
