That is the way a snake is – he lays in the grass until it is time to strike – just like Ted.  In America as Americans, we give people a second chance if they served their time – not that we condone what Mike did; but, Ted wants to continue stomping on someone because they made a terrible mistake.  Doesn’t Ted think this young girl would like to move on instead of dragging dirt out of the closet and having her relive this horror?  Ted didn’t hurt Trump because Mike gets to vote – but he did hurt the victim over and over!
