This is a move in the right direction since Obama has destroyed our military which was on purpose.  The next leader will have to rebuild it just like when Jimmy Carter  – a democrat – did the same thing and put the country in a scary position.  This is one way that we can put the young people to work wh0 don’t work.and it would teach them a skill.
