According to the Constitution, Amendment 2, which states, a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
So how does the City of Chicago get around the Constitution. The city has gun control and the people do not have guns and every day people are killed. What is wrong with those people? It is their constitutional right to bear arms to protect themselves and the Mayor Rahm Emanuel is not protecting them – so why are they not speaking up? Something doesn’t pass the smell test here.
