This is just a continued exercise by Obama to hurt the military and especially those who have served our country and who have returned home from battle maimed and in body bags.  History will record this administration as the worst when it comes to compassion and the reason is when compassion was passed out Obama was not present.

This is a disgrace and whoever is responsible for the shredding should be arrested.
