Where is the National Guard since the police can’t get a grip on the problem in Chicago.? Is the job above the pay grade of the mayor?  Someone doesn’t care.  People in that town should not have to live in this type of environment.  The mayor is intentionally allowing this to go on to help Obama cause chaos in the country – all part of the plan.
